Optimize the combing preparation process

 Therefore, how to reduce the content of effective fibers in combed noil is worth studying. If the nipper plate is opened too late, the upper nipper plate will affect the lifting of the whisker during separation and binding, causing excessive long fibers in the whisker to be intercepted by the top comb, and then brought into the combed noil by the cylinder at the next clamp time.

We should first determine the division value when the last cylinder pin passes through the tightest point between the separation roller and the cylinder, and then adjust the overlap scale in the front box to optimize the reverse timing of the separation roller.
